We’re looking for a Head of Finance to join our team and help build a world-class finance function that supports sustainable growth, strategic decision-making, and operational excellence.
As we continue scaling internationally, finance becomes a critical business partner across the company. You’ll work closely with founders and leadership, own the financial agenda end-to-end, and help shape how financial insights drive company strategy.

What you’ll do
* Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning processes across the business;
* Take full ownership of the company’s P&L and Balance Sheet, ensuring financial visibility and control;
* Build financial models, scenario analyses, and unit economics frameworks to support strategic decision-making;
* Partner with founders and leadership team on growth initiatives, investment decisions, and business planning;
* Develop and improve financial processes, controls, reporting, and performance management systems;
* Lead treasury management and optimize cash allocation across entities and markets;
* Support fundraising activities, investor communications, and board reporting;
* Oversee relationships with accounting, tax, legal, banking, and external financial partners;
* Drive automation and implementation of modern finance tools, AI solutions, and scalable reporting infrastructure;
* Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team as the company grows.
About you
* 4–5+ years of experience in Finance, including experience in a high-growth startup, product, or digital business;
* Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and ownership of P&L and Balance Sheet;
* Advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and unit economics (LTV, CAC, payback period, contribution margin);
* Experience building financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks;
* Expertise working with international entities, tax structures, and compliance requirements;
* Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills and experience with ERP or accounting systems;
* Experience supporting investor relations, and financial strategy initiatives;
* Leadership mindset with a willingness to stay hands-on when needed;
* Strong business partnering skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights;
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
* Demonstrated experience building, mentoring, and developing teams;
* English level B2+.
Nice to have
* ACCA, CPA, CFA, CIMA (completed or in progress);
* Experience implementing finance automation and BI/reporting solutions.
