We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive full-cycle sales, represent our brand at major international conferences, and build long-term relationships with key industry partners.

Key Responsibilities * Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales pipeline—from identifying prospects and pitching offers to negotiating terms and closing deals. * Conference & Event Attendance: Represent the company at major international industry events (iGB, SiGMA, SBC, etc.) to network, pitch, and secure new partnerships. * Relationship Management: Maintain, nurture, and scale relationships with existing partners to maximize mutual growth. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align closely with internal teams—including Affiliate Managers, Support, and PR—to ensure seamless partner onboarding and campaign execution.
## What You’ll Need to Bring (Requirements) * Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management ( mandatory Affiliate Marketing or iGaming). * Language Skills: Upper-Intermediate English or higher (both written and spoken) with excellent communication and presentation skills. * Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of performance marketing and standard partnership models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid). * Sales Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated approach to hunting new business and a track record of smashing sales targets. * Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust quickly.
Nice to Have * An existing network of contacts within the affiliate marketing or iGaming industry. * Deep market knowledge, including familiarity with top webmasters and arbitrage teams. * Prior experience actively networking and working at major conferences (iGB, SiGMA, SBC).
