Reply.io is a fast-growing SaaS company helping businesses automate and scale their sales outreach.
We’re looking for a Junior LinkedIn SMM to help us grow and engage our audience on LinkedIn. If you have a passion for content, a growth mindset, and want to work in the fast-paced world of B2B SaaS — let’s talk!
You’ll be working closely with the marketing, sales, and growth teams to build our LinkedIn presence, create engaging posts, and experiment with new content formats. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s early in their marketing journey but eager to learn, execute fast, and make a real impact.
What you’ll do:
* Manage LinkedIn accounts for the company and team members
* Create engaging LinkedIn content (both visuals and text)
* Engage with followers in the comments and build relationships
* Partner with growth, marketing, and sales teams to align content with business goals
* Follow industry sales leaders and influencers to learn more about B2B sales, sales tech, and sales development
* Take a proactive approach to setting up processes and collaborating with stakeholders
* Report on performance against KPIs and drive initiatives to improve them
Requirements:
* 0.5–1 year of experience in marketing, sales, SDR, or SMM role
* Upper-intermediate or fluent English (written and spoken)
* Ability to use Canva or Figma to create designs
* High ambitions, hunger to learn, and curiosity to test new tools, approaches, and tactics
* A doer mindset — you execute fast and well
* Analytical thinking and attention to detail
* Professional, reliable, punctual, and polite communication style
Will be a plus:
* Experience creating and growing an audience from scratch
* You’ve tried ChatGPT and know how to get value from it
* B2B sales or sales development experience
* Interest in SaaS, sales, or technology
* Startup mindset — proactive, flexible, self-driven
