We are looking for a VIP Acquisition Manager to develop the VIP players direction for a Ukrainian IT company with products in the iGaming industry (Tier 1). The candidate will be responsible for acquiring high-value users through affiliate programs and offline channels, as well as developing local partner networks across international markets.
Responsibilities: — Acquire VIP players and high rollers through affiliate programs and other channels; — Build and develop partnerships with scouts, land-based casinos, clubs, and other offline sources; — Conduct negotiations and close deals with partners; — Develop and implement exclusive programs for VIP players; — Organize offline events for VIP acquisition and retention; — Monitor partner performance and optimize cooperation; — Prepare KPI and ROI reports for campaigns; — Analyze the effectiveness of existing partners and identify new opportunities.
Requirements: — 2+ years of experience in affiliate management or VIP management; — Experience working with VIP players and organizing offline events is a plus; — Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or others); — Analytical skills: Google Analytics, Tableau / Metabase, Google Sheets; — Experience with affiliate platforms (HasOffers, Affise); — Strong communication skills, proactivity, organization.
