Now, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Lead for our partners — product company which build thoughtful digital health&fitness products. We’re looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who will own the product marketing function, guide the team, and drive growth by aligning user needs with business goals.

What you will do: — Own the full product marketing strategy and roadmap — from audience insights and value proposition to positioning, pricing, and go-to-market execution; — Lead a PMM function, fostering collaboration, ownership, and high execution standards; — Design, test, and scale new monetization approaches that outperform market benchmarks and drive sustainable LTV growth; — Lead conversion optimization across key funnel stages (onboarding to purchase), with emphasis on web flows, monetization models, and pricing strategies; — Oversee and guide experimentation — ensure structured A/B testing, data interpretation, and learning loops across the team; — Partner with Product, UA, and Creative Production to align user acquisition, messaging, and retention around unified growth goals; — Translate insights from user research and market analysis into actionable strategies that inform product and creative decisions.
What we’re looking for: — 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Product roles, including at least 1 year in a leadership or senior capacity; — Proven success working with B2C subscription-based products; — Strong expertise in conversion optimization, monetization, and pricing strategy (web experience highly preferred); — Experience in leading experimentation frameworks — from A/B testing to data-driven iteration; — Deep understanding of unit economics, performance metrics across acquisition, activation, and retention; — Ability to conduct and synthesize market, competitor, and user research into clear strategic direction; — Excellent cross-functional leadership skills — able to align PMM, UA, Product, and Creative teams toward shared goals; — Critical thinking, growth mindset and comfortable influencing both strategic and operational decisions; — Confident English (B2+).
