We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation Specialist / SDR with experience in active lead generation for IT outsourcing, outstaffing, or software development companies.
We need someone who understands B2B outbound, can find relevant companies and decision-makers, work with business context, personalize outreach, and move interested prospects toward qualified sales calls.
This is not a database scraping role. We are looking for someone who can work with ICP, ABM, business triggers, multiple lead generation channels, and structured follow-ups.
What we expect * 2+ year of experience in lead generation, SDR, or outbound sales in IT outsourcing, outstaffing, or software development. * Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, LinkedIn Helper, or similar tools. * Understanding of personalized outbound, business triggers, and basic outreach metrics. * Upper-Intermediate English or higher, especially written communication. * Experience with Upwork or similar B2B contract platforms would be a plus.
What you’ll do * Find target companies and decision-makers using an account-based approach. * Identify business triggers such as hiring, funding, team growth, product launches, management changes, and open roles. * Run outreach through email, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other relevant channels. * Manage email campaigns through outreach automation tools. We already have warmed-up domains and infrastructure in place. * Use LinkedIn for prospecting, connection requests, follow-ups, InMail, and social selling. * Communicate with leads through value and relevance instead of direct hard selling. * Qualify replies, manage follow-ups, handle basic objections, and move interested prospects toward a sales call. * Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
