Requirements: — 1-3 years of experience in a sales role — English level B2-C1 (must-have, as all our clients are English-speaking) with confidence in video calls — Experience in selling B2B or B2C services — Understanding of the sales funnel and sales stages — Readiness for intensive learning and development — Strong time-management skills, independence in decision-making, mature professional approach, and fast execution — Flexibility and adaptability in work
It will be a plus if you have: — Understanding of the IT industry and technical terminology — Sales experience on Upwork
Your future responsibilities: — Communicate with clients in English via messages and calls — Conduct intro, discovery, and presentation calls — Identify client needs and business goals — Prepare commercial proposals and presentations — Manage deals throughout the sales funnel — Maintain CRM systems according to company standards — Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and delivery — Provide a high level of client service — Achieve personal sales targets and continuously improve your sales skills
