We are seeking a strong middle-level specialist to join our dynamic team in the role of Analytics Engineer / Data Analyst. This position combines data engineering for analytics with business-focused insights delivery. We are currently building the technical core of our team for a large-scale project launching in 1–3 months.
Required skills: * Proven experience in building and maintaining data pipelines and data models. * Strong SQL skills (optimization, complex queries). * Good knowledge of Python (pandas, numpy). * Experience with databases and data warehouses. * Experience with BI tools. * Knowledge of statistics and the ability to apply critical thinking. * Strong attention to detail. * Basic knowledge of ML concepts (nice to have).
Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for BI reporting, feature generation, and analytical needs. * Support and optimize data models used for analytics and reporting. * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. * Deliver clear and actionable analytical insights to Data Science, Engineering, and business teams. * Monitor data quality and ensure consistency across pipelines and reporting layers. * Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex business and technical questions.
