nomo is an international next-gen broker actively expanding across the markets of LatAm, MENA, SA, and SEA. We provide clients with access to cutting-edge solutions in trading and copy-trading. We offer a variety of assets to trade (Forex, Stocks, Crypto, Indices, Synthetic Indices, Commodities) and enhance traders’ experience with AI-powered features. Clients enjoy both nomo Trading Platform (a proprietary modern solution featuring an intuitive, user-friendly interface) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) (classic trading platform with professional analysis and execution tools). Own mobile application provides an on-the-go flexible trading experience. We are in an active scaling phase, growing the organization significantly across multiple geographies and functions over the next 18 months.
What is the Role About
As HR Lead, you will own the end-to-end people agenda of the company — with a primary mandate to build nomo’s hiring engine and employer brand across all our geographies.
Your core mission is to ensure that nomo attracts, hires, and retains top talent at the pace and quality required by our growth plan, while building the operational HR foundation (policies, processes, systems, culture) that a scaling international broker needs.
You will sit at the intersection of recruitment, recruitment marketing, HR operations, people analytics, and leadership partnership, working closely with the COO and functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech.
This role is critical for the company success and among those bringing the highest business impact.
What You Will Do:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (primary focus) * Own and deliver the end-to-end hiring plan across all functions and geographies, including senior and executive roles * Build, lead, and develop the in-house recruitment team (recruiters, sourcers, coordinators) as headcount grows * Design and continuously optimize the full recruitment funnel — from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding handover * Own recruitment KPIs: time-to-hire, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source-of-hire mix, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, pipeline conversion * Manage agency, RPO, and freelance recruiter partnerships where in-house capacity requires augmentation * Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage of the process
Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand * Define and execute nomo’s employer value proposition (EVP) and employer brand strategy across priority talent markets * Own the careers site, job board presence, LinkedIn Life page, Glassdoor profile, and social talent content strategy * Design and run targeted recruitment marketing campaigns (paid, organic, referral, events) to build a warm candidate pipeline * Partner with Marketing to ensure visual and narrative consistency between the consumer brand and employer brand * Build and maintain a talent CRM / pipeline for passive candidates and future-critical roles
HR Business Partnering & People Operations * Partner with the CEO, COO, and functional leaders as the trusted people advisor on organizational design, team health, and leadership effectiveness * Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, performance reviews, promotions, transfers, offboarding * Design, implement, and continuously evolve HR policies, employee handbook, and internal processes fit for an international distributed organization * Manage HR operations across jurisdictions in coordination with local providers (EOR/PEO, legal, payroll partners) * Own HR systems (ATS, HRIS, performance tools) — currently PeopleForce — including configuration, data integrity, and reporting
Culture, L&D, and Internal Communications * Shape and protect nomo’s culture as the company scales — rituals, values, feedback mechanisms, all-hands cadence * Build a pragmatic learning & development approach: onboarding enablement, leadership development, role-specific training * Drive internal communications in partnership with the leadership team to keep the organization aligned during fast growth
Compensation, Performance & Retention (long-term) * Operate and evolve the compensation framework: bands, leveling, benchmarking, bonus and equity schemes (where applicable) * Run the performance management cycle (goal-setting, reviews, calibration, development plans) * Monitor and act on retention, engagement, and attrition metrics; design interventions where needed
What you bring: * 5+ years of experience in senior HR roles with a strong recruitment focus, ideally in CFD/Forex/fintech/iGaming/crypto/high-velocity B2C * Proven track record in recruitment leadership — personally built hiring engines and led recruitment teams through periods of rapid scale * Hands-on experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding: EVP development, careers site, content, campaigns, LinkedIn and Glassdoor management * Broad generalist strength across HR disciplines — business partnering, people operations, compensation, performance, L&D, culture * Experience operating in an international, distributed environment — hiring and managing talent across multiple countries and legal frameworks * Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable with HR KPIs, funnel metrics, workforce planning, and cohort data * Strong hands-on command of HR tech stack — ATS/HRIS platforms (PeopleForce, Workable, Greenhouse, BambooHR or equivalents), sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter), assessment platforms * Executive presence with the ability to influence at C-level and operate tactically in the trenches * English level — B2+ (Russian or Spanish language proficiency is a plus)
