How exactly you can influence the development of the Company:• conduct market research to identify and evaluate new markets and business development opportunities • collect, aggregate, and analyze data to identify market trends and forecast future outcomes, factoring in global industry trends • provide leadership with actionable data and analytics to support strategic management decision-making • systematize and structure complex information utilized for strategic planning and analysis • identify growth opportunities for both existing business lines and greenfield investments • build, maintain, and stress-test business and financial models for growth and expansion projects • analyze performance against strategic goals for the period and deliver actionable insights • formulate recommendations and data-driven proposals to optimize business metrics and enhance KPIs
Challenges for three months: • build solid relationships with relevant business vertical leadership • prove yourself instrumental in driving Uklon strategic goals • make a significant contribution to at least one of the strategic initiatives of the business vertical within your scope
To achieve the results, you will need:• 1-3 years of experience in relevant fields — product management, business development, business intelligence, consulting, corporate strategy, or market analysis • solid stakeholder management experience — must have • experience in cross-functional collaboration • logical, structured thinking, and a data-driven approach to decision-making • advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills • ability to communicate effectively in English (Upper-intermediate level or higher)
