About the project: We are looking for a Project Manager with a technical background to join our team working on a US-based healthcare SaaS project. In this role, you will contribute to managing the full project lifecycle — from planning and requirements gathering to coordinating development and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. You will collaborate closely with the client, Product Owner, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable technical tasks, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations. A new team member will be in charge of: * Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring delivery within scope, on time, and within budget. * Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and technical feasibility. * Define project scope, develop project plans, and identify resource needs in alignment with project goals. * Oversee risk management by identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. * Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and overall team performance. * Ensure alignment between client requirements, technical resources, and project objectives.
Does this relate to you? * 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in dynamic environment. * Previous experience in a technical role (e.g., Developer or AQA) is required. * Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Upper-intermediate or Advanced level of English.
