Darly Solutions is a custom software development company building web and mobile products for startups and businesses in Healthcare, FinTech, SaaS, and Manufacturing. Our clients are mostly based in the US and Europe — they choose us for technical depth and the quality of communication they get from day one.
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to help us build a consistent pipeline and scale new client acquisition.
Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience selling IT services (web/mobile development, design);
— Proven experience working with LinkedIn, Clutch, Upwork, Dribbble, etc.
— Hands-on experience running LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns — from hypothesis to measurable result;
— Ability to resolve conflicts and to work with objections;
— Passion for improving and refining sales development processes;
— Driven, proactive mindset, you don’t wait for tasks, you bring ideas and solutions to the table;
— Ability to be flexible in terms of working schedule.
— English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher;
Nice to have:
— Experience participating in tenders: responding to RFPs, preparing proposals, and managing the submission process
Responsibilities:
— Communicate with potentially interested leads and identify their needs;
— Generate company revenue;
— Investigate and analyze the market;
— Prepare for calls with customers by specific ICPs and domains;
— Generate hypotheses and build sales funnels;
— Participate in the development and implementation of new projects in the company;
— Prepare and sign contracts (with templates);
— Continuously analyze and improve KPIs;
— Supporting marketing team.
