TodaPay is an international fintech company operating in the digital payments and financial infrastructure space across multiple jurisdictions. We support high-growth payment operations with multi-currency transactions, crypto payments, and complex corporate structures.
We are looking for a skilled Platform Engineer to join our payments team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating and maintaining payment providers across multiple platforms, resolving technical issues, and developing robust payment solutions. You will work closely with product, QA, and business teams to ensure seamless payment flows for our customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities • Configure payment providers across multiple platforms, including PayAdmit, Corefy, and similar PSP/orchestration solutions. • Manage end-to-end setup of payment methods, merchant accounts, routing rules, and cascading logic within payment platforms. • Investigate, debug, and resolve bugs and issues related to payment processing, transaction failures, and provider integrations. • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and webhooks to connect internal systems with third- party payment gateways. • Monitor platform performance, transaction success rates, and provider uptime; proactively identify and address bottlenecks. • Collaborate with QA engineers to write and maintain automated tests for payment flows. • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to architectural decisions. • Write clear technical documentation for integrations, configurations, and internal processes.
Required Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in software development or platform engineering, with a focus on payment systems. • Hands-on experience configuring at least one payment orchestration or PSP platform (e.g., payAdmit, Corefy, Checkout.com, Stripe, Adyen, or similar). • Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks. • Experience with debugging tools, log analysis, and monitoring platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Nice to Have • Familiarity with multiple payment platforms and provider ecosystems. • Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance requirements and secure coding practices. • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. • Understanding of financial reconciliation, chargebacks, and settlement processes. • Develop and maintain integration code for payment providers using Java, PHP, and/or Node.js. • Proficiency in one or more backend languages: Java, PHP, or Node.js.
