We are looking for a Middle strong General QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join a distributed product team and take ownership of quality across the full testing cycle. The ideal candidate has a strong manual and automation testing background, mobile testing experience, and — most importantly — an AI-first mindset: you actively use AI tools in your daily work and are excited to push that further. JOB REQUIREMENTS Must have: * 3+ years of QA experience (manual + automation) * Experience testing mobile applications (hybrid apps) * Hands-on experience with TypeScript + Appium * Experience with CLI tools and working in terminal-based environments * Knowledge of non-relational databases * Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English (B2+) — active communication with the client
Nice to have: * Experience in Fintech domain * Familiarity with DynamoDB * Experience with or interest in Agentic QA workflows
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Manual and automated testing of a mobile hybrid application * Maintaining and expanding the existing automation test suite (TypeScript/Appium) * Handling technical support tickets — reproducing, investigating, and documenting issues * Collaborating with a distributed team * Actively using AI tools to improve testing workflows

Project team: Cross-functional team including backend, QA, and client-side stakeholders (CEO, CTO). The QA team currently consists of 1 QA engineer; you’ll be the second.
Technical stack: TypeScript, Appium, Mobile Proxy, DynamoDB, CLI, OpenClaw (AI agent platform integrated with Jira and CI environments)
