We are building our gamification function from scratch within a fast-growing iGaming company. That’s why we are looking for a proactive Senior Gamification Manager to design and scale engaging player experiences, develop promotional mechanics, and drive retention and revenue through gamification.
This is a hands-on role with full ownership of gamification initiatives — from concept to execution — including large-scale promotional events, tournaments, and player engagement mechanics.
You will have the freedom to shape how gamification works across our brands and markets, working closely with CRM, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful and scalable solutions.
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in iGaming across CRM, retention, or gamification roles * Hands-on experience managing gamification initiatives end-to-end, from setup to optimisation * Experience designing and executing large-scale promotional mechanics and events (tournaments, seasonal campaigns, big promos) * Practical experience with gamification tools (Smartico or similar platforms) * Experience working with VIP players and high-value segments * Exposure to Tier-1 and LATAM markets, with understanding of their specifics * Strong understanding of player behaviour, engagement drivers, and monetisation strategies * Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and translate insights into actions * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and execution quality * Confident English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
Responsibilities: * Own and drive the gamification strategy across all brands and markets * Identify opportunities to increase player engagement, retention, and NGR through gamification * Develop scalable gamification frameworks aligned with CRM and promotional strategy * Plan, build, and execute gamification campaigns end-to-end (missions, quests, tournaments, level systems) * Manage the full operational setup, including configuration, QA, and launch of all mechanics * Own and manage the gamification calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all initiatives * Own the planning and execution of large-scale promotional campaigns and gamification events * Design engaging mechanics for big promos (progression systems, rewards, engagement loops) * Monitor live campaigns and optimise performance in real time * Define and implement player segmentation strategies (VIP tiers, lifecycle stages, behaviour, LTV) * Deliver personalised gamification experiences across different player segments, including VIPs * Analyse performance of campaigns (engagement, retention, NGR uplift) * Continuously optimise gamification mechanics and player journeys * Run A/B tests and iterate to improve results * Work closely with CRM, Product, Marketing, VIP, Design, and Analytics teams * Ensure gamification initiatives are aligned with overall brand and promotional strategy
