We are looking for a Project Manager to join our DevOps team and help coordinate infrastructure, platform, monitoring, and technical operations initiatives across multiple products and departments.
Responsibilities * Manage DevOps-related projects and RnD-related projects involving DevOps resources. * Manage infrastructure-related initiatives, migrations, server optimizations, and DNS/CDN service optimizations. * Coordinate the DevOps team across classical Scrum events and SDLC processes (initiation, analysis, planning, execution monitoring, implementation of corrective actions into processes, support, and optimization). * Define project requirements and deliverables, resource requirements, and plan, manage their execution, monitoring, reporting, and adjustments. * Support and develop all processes required for the functioning of the DevOps team, both for project management and operational activities. * Organize communication between the DevOps team and other RnD/Operations/Business teams to achieve cross-team company goals. * Maintain two-way communication between business operations representatives and technical executors to solve business and technical problems within the infrastructure domain.
Requirements * 2+ years of experience as Project Manager / Technical PM / Delivery Manager. * Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English. * Good understanding of DevOps and infrastructure concepts. * Good understanding of server virtualization approaches and domain management (registrars/DNS/CDN services). * Ability to multitask and work on several projects simultaneously. * Ability to prioritize and control deadlines. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to coordinate multiple technical streams simultaneously.
Nice to Have * Previous experience in the gambling/iGaming industry. * Experience building workflows and operational processes from scratch. * Technical background or understanding of: * CI/CD; * Kubernetes/Docker; * monitoring/logging systems; * server infrastructure and networking basics. * Experience with Grafana, ClickHouse, PMM, Prometheus, Sentry, or similar monitoring systems.
