We are looking for an experienced Automation & Integration Developer to design and build a full operations automation system for a growing Irish field services company in the heat pump servicing and maintenance sector.
The project covers end-to-end workflow automation for two business lines — housing body operations and private bookings — alongside director-facing Power BI dashboards and a marketing lead intelligence board. The system connects WorkPal (field service management), Xero (accounting), Superchat (WhatsApp), SumUp (payments), SharePoint, and Google services through Make.com automation scenarios.
The brief is detailed and well-structured. The client has completed the architectural thinking. You will be executing against a defined scope across seven phased deliverables, with full API credentials and system access provided before build commences.
This role is ideal for an integration developer with strong Xero API experience and Power BI proficiency who is comfortable owning a complex, multi-system project from build through to go-live support.
Location: Remote (strong overlap with Irish business hours preferred) Engagement: Contract, project-based — milestone delivery across 7 phases Duration: Estimated 3–6 months including go-live support period Start Date: ASAP Language: English
