The Opportunity We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to be the day-to-day driver of our marketing — producing content, growing our LinkedIn presence (organic and paid), and keeping our marketing operations running smoothly.
This is a focused role with a clear scope. The CRO owns marketing strategy, positioning, and high-level direction — you execute against that direction with strong autonomy on content, LinkedIn, and channel work. Specialized functions (SEO, video production, podcast production, design) are handled by external contractors — your job is to brief and coordinate them when needed, not to be an expert in all of them.
This role suits someone who loves writing, has a strong opinion about content quality, knows how to run LinkedIn Ads, and wants room to grow as the marketing function expands. What You’ll OwnContent Production * Produce written content for our website, blog, and LinkedIn: articles, posts, eBooks, case study write-ups * Translate technical work into clear, compelling stories for non-technical buyers * Maintain an editorial calendar aligned with the CRO’s priorities * Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to amplify output and maintain quality
LinkedIn (Organic & Paid) * Own day-to-day management of our LinkedIn presence — posting, community engagement, growth * Plan, set up, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns aligned with demand-gen goals * Manage campaign budgets, run A/B tests on creative and audience targeting, iterate on what works * Track campaign performance and report on cost per lead, CTR, and ROI * Manage our broader social media accounts (secondary to LinkedIn) * Coordinate with designers and video contractors for visual and video assets
Marketing Operations * Maintain the marketing calendar across channels * Track basic KPIs using Google Analytics and LinkedIn analytics * Prepare regular reports for the CRO with what’s working and what’s not * Coordinate external contractors (SEO, video, podcast, design) on briefs and delivery timelines
Events & Launch Support * Support webinars and events: coordination, promotion, follow-up content * Assist with go-to-market activities for new services under the CRO’s direction
What’s Out of Scope We want to be upfront about what this role does not include — so you know exactly what you’re signing up for: * Marketing strategy, focus, and UVPs — defined by the CRO, Marketing, and Product team. * SEO — handled by an external specialist * Email marketing — not a current priority
What We Expect From You * 2–3 years in marketing, ideally in B2B (professional services, tech, or SaaS) * Hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads — you’ve planned, launched, and optimized real campaigns yourself, including budget management and A/B testing * Strong written English — this is a writing-heavy role * Hands-on experience producing content (blogs, social posts, long-form) * Comfort with LinkedIn as a primary channel for both organic and paid * Working knowledge of Google Analytics and basic reporting * Demonstrable use of AI tools in your daily workflow * Self-starter mindset — you take ownership of outcomes within the defined scope
Nice to Have * Background or interest in data, analytics, or AI * Experience writing about technical topics for business audiences * Experience coordinating external contractors
Growth Path This role has clear room to grow as 7Dxperts scales. Over time, you could lead GTM for new services, expand into SEO and email channels, take on more strategic ownership, or build out a small team underneath you. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow into a senior marketing role with us.
