You’ll work closely with the marketing team to research potential partners, prepare outreach materials, coordinate campaign launches, and track results.This role is ideal for someone who wants to: * Start a career in partnerships — learn by doing real work, not just theory * Work in a startup environment — fast-paced, hands-on, close to decision-makers * Build foundational skills — research, outreach, coordination, data tracking * Grow into Partnership Manager — clear 12-18 month path with mentorship
What You’ll Do * Find companies that fit our audience (wellness brands, platforms, communities) * Build spreadsheets of potential partners with contact info * Analyze which partnerships make sense and why * Help write personalized cold emails * Send initial outreach (with review from team lead) * Work with design team on co-branded materials * Set up promo codes and tracking links * Update partnership pipeline in CRM
What We’re Looking For * Strong interest in partnerships, marketing, or business development * Excellent written communication (you’ll write a lot of emails) * Detail-oriented and organized * Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and learning new tools * Self-motivated — can work independently with guidance * English: B2+ (you’ll communicate with international partners)
Experience level: * 0-1 year in marketing, sales, BD, communications, or similar * OR recent graduate with relevant internships/projects * OR career switcher with transferable skills (communication, organization, research)
Recruitment process for this position: * Introductory call (45 minutes). A get-to-know-each-other call to align on expectations and culture fit. * Test assignment. If we’re aligned, we’ll send you a practical task to evaluate your approach and thinking. * Deep-dive interview (1 hour). A conversation with our CMO to discuss your test assignment, past experience, and future potential. * Final interview. A strategic conversation with CEO. * Reference Checks. Before extending a final job offer, we kindly ask for references from your previous places of work. These help us ensure a great mutual match and a smooth start together. * Offer stage. If everything aligns, we’ll proceed with an offer.
