Binariks is looking for a proactive, highly motivated, results-driven, responsible Middle Strong Project Manager to join our team of professionals, and a delivery unit, that specializes in Healthcare.
Binariks is a software development company that provides advanced advisory and engineering services to clients across the globe, since 2016. Our main domains include Healthcare, Fintech, and Insurance. We are members of the GCP, AWS, and Microsoft partnership network and hold ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 security and quality certificates.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years of proven full-time experience in managing software projects with full accountability
* Experience in managing projects through various phases of SDLC (e.g., Discovery, Requirements Gathering, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance)
* Experience in managing multiple teams
* Understanding of Scrum principles, roles, and ceremonies
* Ability to promote and adapt an Agile mindset within the team
* Experience in using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Jira)
* Technical familiarity
* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and clients
* Experience or strong understanding of the presale process
* Continuous improvement focus
* At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
Your Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing medium-sized and enterprise projects
* Actively leading/participating in presales
* Developing and maintaining PM artifacts
* Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, and ensuring satisfaction
* Monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and managing risks to ensure timely delivery
* Identifying potential project roadblocks and working with stakeholders to mitigate risks
* Managing project budgets and resources efficiently
Will be a plus:
* Healthcare experience
* Technical background
* Location in Lviv
