Requirements:
— 2.5–3 years of experience in SEO. — Experience with international SEO for multi-language or multi-country websites. — Experience with SEO migrations or website restructuring. — Ability to work with development teams and verify whether the delivered result matches the technical task/specification. — Ability to prioritize tasks based on the impact/effort principle. — Confident user of GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush, Data Studio, or similar tools. — Understanding of the principles of JS website rendering and the ability to verify it. — Ability to analyze and solve Core Web Vitals issues, indexing issues, and crawl budget problems. — Ability to build SEO hypotheses and run tests. — English level: B1+.
Responsibilities:
— Technical implementation and support of SEO strategies. — Working with multi-regional and multilingual websites. — Conducting technical website audits. — Supporting migrations and geo-redirects. — Working with Entity SEO and AI visibility. — Competitor analysis and search for new growth opportunities. — Collecting and clustering semantics, including related topical queries. — Regular reporting focused on business metrics, not only rankings. — Independent work and supporting colleagues upon request.
Will be a plus:
— Experience in fintech, crypto, SaaS, or other YMYL niches with websites containing thousands of pages. — Experience working with E-E-A-T, trust signals, and compliance-sensitive content. — Experience with Google Discover. — Experience with optimization for AI Overviews / AI search / entity-based visibility. — Experience with programmatic SEO or template-based SEO. — Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS. — Ability to work with server logs. — Experience mentoring junior/middle SEO specialists.
