We value initiative, clean architecture, and team members who thrive on solving real problems The Role We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong technical background and software craftsmanship mindset who is passionate about building and evolving complex technical systems. We want someone who will care about teammates by writing clear, aesthetic, and maintainable code. You’ll help shape new features, refactor core modules, and evolve our application platform. You’ll own features from ticket to production, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot live issues, and improve systems for observability, scalability, and developer experience.
Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and support existing projects and features * Build and ship new features and projects * Translate business and technical requirements into working code * Refactor and improve code quality * Own the full development lifecycle—from ticket creation through production monitoring and iteration * Lead incident response—quickly diagnose alerts, crashes, and critical issues
Must-Have Skills: * Software craftsmanship mindset—you care about code quality and maintainability * Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Laravel, and AWS(Lambda, CloudFormation, DynamoDB) * Solid understanding of Git workflows (rebase, squash, linear history) * Experience with GitLab CI/CD and Docker in development and production environments * Expert-level Laravel skills with clean PHP practices * Hands-on experience with Aurora/PostgreSQL, Redis, and DynamoDB * Comfortable leading incident response and improving observability * TDD mindset—you write clean, testable, well-documented code * Strong remote-team communication culture and proactive ownership
Nice-to-Have: * Infrastructure as Code (IaC) expertise: Terraform, CDK, SST, or Serverless Framework * Bref PHP * Livewire * Alpine.js, MJML for responsive email templating * Tailwind CSS—ability to implement UIs or export tokens from Figma * Knowledge of Kubernetes, CDNs, and advanced observability tools (e.g.,Sentry) * Familiarity with domain-driven design (DDD)and event-driven architecture
