About the role
We are looking for a Middle Software Engineer with a strong interest in AI-assisted development workflows and agentic automation.
This role is focused on helping clients move toward an agentic ADLC — an AI-assisted development lifecycle where AI agents support requirements analysis, bug detection, PR review, task preparation, testing, reporting, and delivery governance.
This is not a pure coding role and not a prompt-only role. We need a practical engineer who understands how software is built, reviewed, tested, and delivered, but can also communicate with business stakeholders, clarify their needs, and identify where AI can improve existing workflows.
The right person should be curious, structured, and comfortable working with unclear or incomplete requirements. We need someone who asks questions before building, looks for the root cause of a problem, and can explain when a step should be automated, semi-automated, or kept under human approval.
Deep AI expertise is not required from day one. A solid engineering base, good communication, and the ability to learn fast are more important.
What you will do * Communicate with business and technical stakeholders to understand their workflows, needs, and pain points. * Analyze existing development, QA, bug-tracking, PR review, testing, and delivery processes. * Identify where AI agents can reduce manual work, improve quality, or speed up decision-making. * Help design agent-based workflows that combine automated steps, semi-automated checks, and manual approvals. * Support AI-assisted workflows for PR review, bug analysis, code improvement, task preparation, testing, reporting, and delivery governance. * Work with tools such as Claude, Jira / Azure DevOps, GitHub / GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and internal systems. * Validate AI-generated outputs and check whether they are useful, safe, and aligned with the client’s process. * Document workflows, assumptions, limitations, and improvement ideas clearly for both business and engineering teams. * Work closely with senior engineers, product owners, QA specialists, and business stakeholders. * Contribute to the development of a new agentic ADLC product/service direction.
Required skills * 2+ years of commercial software development experience. * Good understanding of software delivery: requirements, tasks, Git, pull requests, code review, testing, and releases. * Ability to read, debug, and improve existing code. * Experience with at least one mainstream programming language, such as JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, Java, .NET, or similar. * Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, webhooks, and CI/CD. * Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, or similar development tools. * Ability to communicate with business users and clarify unclear requirements. * Strong analytical thinking and the ability to understand a process before proposing a solution. * English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher for communication with an international team.
Nice to have * Practical experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar tools within structured engineering workflows, including code review, debugging, test generation, refactoring, or documentation support. * Interest in AI agents, agentic workflows, AI-assisted SDLC / ADLC, or developer productivity. * Experience with workflow automation, process mapping, or business analysis. * Understanding of QA workflows, bug lifecycle, PR review, test automation, or release gates. * Basic knowledge of AI evaluations, graders, or validation of AI-generated outputs. * Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira Automation, MCP, or API-based tool integrations. * Spanish language skills would be a plus.
We Offer * Full-time role with flexibility in working hours * 100% remote work * 18 vacation days * Up to 10 paid sick leaves * Coverage on English lessons after the probation period * Other benefits according to internal policies * e sincerely thank all applicants for their interest in this position. Due to the volume of applications, we may not be able to respond to each one individually.
