We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and results-oriented specialist with a deep commitment to success to join our international company. You will participate in a whole development process, starting from estimations and until delivery to production.
Description * Drive end-to-end automation of tender data flow between multiple enterprise systems. * This person owns specific integration work streams — resolving data quality issues (geolocations, standardization), enabling automated data transfer between systems, and coordinating alignment across teams that own different parts of the pipeline.\ * This person works directly with one dev team (owns backlog, writes stories, validates delivery) but a significant part of the role is cross-team alignment — getting other teams to prioritize and deliver their parts of shared initiatives. * Not a project manager! this is someone who makes product decisions, defines what to build and why, and measures outcomes. Not just tracking timelines.
Requirements * 3+ year at similar position proven by experience that matches the job description
Responsibilities * Cross-team coordination — aligning 3-4 product teams with different priorities and release cycles * Cross-product thinking — understanding how data flows between systems and where it breaks * Stakeholder management — working with business stakeholders who define process requirements and technical teams who implement * Independent task ownership — can take a problem area (e.g. geolocation standardization, column-based data structures), research it, define solution, coordinate implementation across teams * Business analysis skills — translate business process problems into technical requirements and acceptance criteria
Nice to have * SQL / data analytics — ability to query production data, build measurement dashboards, validate hypotheses with numbers
