About the Position PartingPro is looking for a Manual QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. This role involves testing applications, identifying bugs, validating fixes, and working closely with developers and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
We are also looking for candidates who are comfortable working with modern AI tools. Experience with AI-assisted testing, prompt-based workflows, and tools like Claude Code is highly desirable.
Job Duties The Manual QA Engineer will be responsible for: * Reviewing software requirements and preparing detailed test cases * Executing manual test cases and reporting defects or bugs * Collaborating with development and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution * Conducting regression testing to verify that defects have been resolved * Participating in development and release processes * Identifying opportunities for UI/UX and process improvements * Working with AI tools to improve testing workflows and efficiency * Using AI-based assistants such as Claude Code for test preparation, bug investigation, and documentation (preferred)
Required Qualifications The Manual QA position requires the following qualifications: * Good English writing, reading, and communication skills * Proven experience in manual software testing and defect tracking * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Familiarity with software testing tools and methodologies * Ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications are preferred: * Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks * Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies * Software testing certification or hands-on experience with live production products * Experience working with AI tools for software testing and documentation * Familiarity with Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar AI development assistants * Strong portfolio of completed QA projects
Additional Preference Evening work experience preferred: Candidates with experience working evening shifts are highly valued.
