Top Netics is an AI-first venture builder creating and scaling products in AI, blockchain, fintech, and other emerging technology domains.
We work with international teams and portfolio companies across multiple markets, building production-grade systems and shaping product and engineering practices at scale.
We are currently expanding our product direction and are looking for an Product Engineer (AI-Native Technical Business/System Analyst) to take ownership of products after launch and drive their further development.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role combining Business Analysis, product thinking, and technical execution.
We operate within an AI-first model, where products are rapidly designed, built, and validated by cross-functional teams.
Following the initial release, each product transitions to a dedicated owner responsible for its further development, product direction, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will join products at different stages of development — from early MVPs to already launched solutions. You will: — develop a deep understanding of the product and its internal logic — define and prioritize the next steps in its development — independently implement improvements using AI tools
We expect strong ownership, analytical depth, and a hands-on mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & System Thinking * Translate business needs into system logic * Define and structure product requirements * Work with data models and understand end-to-end system behavior * Formulate tasks in a way that can be executed via AI
Product Analysis & Ownership * Analyze product logic, business processes, and system behavior * Break down the product into data structures, inputs/outputs, and core flows * Identify gaps, missing functionality, and improvement opportunities * Define product direction and prioritize feature development * Technical Execution (AI-Native) * Implement features using AI tools * Work with frontend-level logic and integrations * Validate outputs and ensure production-level quality * Continuously iterate and improve product functionality
Autonomous Work * Own the product after initial development * Work without a dedicated dev team * Make decisions in ambiguous environments
Requirements * Experience in software development (frontend or fullstack) * Solid understanding of APIs, data structures, and system architecture * Strong Business Analysis / Requirements Analysis skills * Ability to decompose systems and think in structured models * Ability to work independently without detailed task breakdown * Experience with AI tools as a core working instrument or strong willingness to adopt * Basic understanding of UX/UI * Experience in Product Management * Experience working with data / dashboards
Education
Higher technical education (Applied Mathematics / Systems Analysis / Computer Science) or equivalent strong technical background, with solid BA skills.

Probation period
During the probation period, the company may use a time tracking tool to better understand workflows and optimize collaboration.
Work Format
This is a full-time role. We expect full professional commitment and focus on Top Netics projects.
Please note that parallel full-time engagement with other companies is not compatible with this role.
