We build across Mobile, Desktop, and Chrome apps, focusing on real-time audio/video processing, large-scale distributed systems, and modern LLM features. Why we need you The key part of our product is a desktop app that captures meetings on Zoom, Teams, Meet, and Slack without a bot joining the call. That means working close to the operating system: capturing system audio, handling permissions, managing processes, and keeping everything stable across Windows and macOS.
This is the part of the product users feel every day. If the recorder fails, nothing else matters. We need someone who can own this layer end to end and push it forward — better audio quality, support for more platforms, lower resource usage, and new native capabilities we haven’t shipped yet.
You’ll work directly with the founders and CTO. No layers, no tickets pushed down a chain. You ship, users feel it within days. About you * Hands on builder who loves working in a startup environment * Strong C# / .NET background with real shipping experience on desktop apps (not corporate web/backend C#) * You go deeper than UI: comfortable working at the OS level, hooking into system audio, processes, drivers, or low-level APIs * Bonus points if you have C++ or Rust experience alongside C# * You care about design, passionate about writing reliable code, and can work independently * Open-minded self-learner who actively tries to understand what’s happening around you * Already have experience working with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, etc. * Comfortable transitioning between different contexts and codebases, enabling you to jump in and rapidly unblock teammates facing thorny obstacles
