Binariks is looking for a Senior Technology Manager to join a project for our client, a leading global contract research organization (CRO) that supports pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies in the development of new therapies. It provides comprehensive clinical trial services, from early-phase development to post-approval studies. We are seeking a self-motivated person with strong collaboration skills and the passion to apply their technical expertise to help address drug development challenges and enhance a world-class clinical trials informatics platform. In this role, you will work in cross-functional product teams to design and build web-based applications that directly impact drug development teams, clinical trial investigators, and ultimately, patients.
What We’re Looking For: * Minimum of 10 years of experience in Software Engineering or a related field * At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing Software Engineering teams * Strong familiarity with AI driven development and MACH architecture * Expert-level knowledge of software development at scale, including proficiency in C#, .NET, Java, SQL, Snowflake, Git, Jira, React, Angular, JavaScript, RESTful Web Services, DevOps and Azure * Proven experience in managing scrum teams and product development * Strong knowledge of leading products from conception to delivery * Excellent leadership and team management skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Upper-Intermediate English for daily communication
Your Responsibilities: * Lead and manage multiple product development agile teams, comprising developers, technical leads, quality assurance professionals, and product * Drive the efficient execution of product development initiatives, prioritizing quality, security, and product resilience to meet organizational goals * Lead platform upgrades and migration, application re-architecture and modernization following industry best practices * Foster seamless collaboration with Tier 3/4 support teams, providing assistance with inquiries and facilitating smooth communication across departments * Take charge of personnel leadership, nurturing team engagement, conducting comprehensive year-end reviews * Identify and address potential risks associated with both product development and support functions, implementing proactive measures to mitigate adverse impacts * Cultivate a culture of ongoing improvement and innovation within the teams, encouraging experimentation and learning * Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear alignment of goals and expectations to drive successful outcomes
Would be a plus: * Advanced certifications in project management, cloud technologies, or related areas * Experience in leading diverse and cross-functional teams in a global setting * Experience in a CRO or healthcare-related industry
