Dinarys GmbH is expanding its engineering team for a large-scale international HealthTech product used by millions of users. The platform combines AI-driven solutions with real human expertise to deliver 24/7 healthcare support across key life stages.
In this role, you will focus on building and scaling services with Node.js, React.js and TypeScript, supporting hybrid apps using the Capacitor (Ionic) framework, and contributing to cloud infrastructure on GCP. You will help ensure the platform remains performant, resilient, secure, and ready for further global growth, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and AI
Requirements:
— Strong experience with React and TypeScript — hands-on commercial experience building and maintaining web applications. — Strong experience with Node.js (including Express or similar frameworks) — designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend business logic. — Full-stack web development expertise — ability to work confidently across frontend (React) and backend (Node.js) layers. — Solid understanding of web application architecture, including API design, data flow, and separation of concerns. — Experience building production-grade applications, with a focus on reliability, performance, and fault tolerance. — Strong knowledge of testing practices — unit and integration testing for both frontend and backend. — Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices, preferably GCP (CI/CD, monitoring, deployment workflows). — Proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem and best practices. — Ability to troubleshoot and support production systems. — Understanding of how web applications run inside mobile wrappers. — Experience with GCP services (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, etc.).
Nice to have:
— Familiarity with Capacitor / Ionic as a way to package web apps for mobile. — Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation. — Experience with observability tools (logging, monitoring, alerting). — Knowledge of security best practices for web applications and APIs. — Experience working in cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps). — Exposure to AI-enabled products or data-driven systems. — Previous experience in startup or fast-growing environments.
Responsibilities:
— Develop and maintain frontend features using React and TypeScript for the web application. — Design, build, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express, implementing business logic and data processing. — Ensure application reliability and performance by writing robust, production-ready code for both frontend and backend. — Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability. — Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and AI engineers to deliver features end-to-end. — Support deployment, observability, and automation efforts including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting. — Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues to ensure system resilience. — Contribute to architecture decisions for the web application, ensuring maintainable and scalable solutions. — Develop web app features that can run in hybrid mobile wrappers (Capacitor/Ionic), understanding the nuances of packaging web apps for mobile without building native code.
