We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager / Creative Producer to own creative strategy and drive growth through high-performing creatives across paid acquisition channels. You’ll work closely with UA managers and creative teams to build scalable creative systems for Tier-1 markets.
Responsibilities * Own creative strategy across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google) * Build and run a creative testing framework (hypotheses → iterations → scaling) * Manage and coordinate designers, copywriters, and translators * Analyze creative performance and generate data-driven insights * Launch and scale creatives for US and Tier-1 markets * Collaborate with UA managers by funnel stage and channel * Improve creative win-rate and reduce creative fatigue
Hard skills we value * 2+ years in performance creative / growth / UA (Mid—Senior) * Strong understanding of CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS, retention * Experience with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google) * Creative testing & performance analysis experience * Data-driven mindset and hypothesis generation * Hands-on with Google Sheets / Excel * Understanding of the full funnel (creative → LP / quiz → product → monetization)
Nice-to-have * Experience with Tableau / Looker / Amplitude * Using AI tools for creative ideation or production * Web-to-app or web-to-web funnel experience * US-market creatives experience * Background in subscription, dating, or social discovery products * Basic knowledge of A/B testing and CRO
