We’re looking for a Product Manager to help us grow and evolve our B2B CPaaS platform across multiple regions. This is a hands-on role focused on product development, team collaboration, and AI-driven innovation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape product direction, improve user experience, and drive measurable impact.
What You’ll Do * Lead product development across global markets (Europe, US, Canada, Asia). * Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver product improvements. * Define product goals, prioritize features, and manage the roadmap. * Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate quickly. * Explore and integrate AI capabilities into the platform to enhance functionality. * Track product metrics and optimize user flows, onboarding, and retention. * Ensure product quality and alignment with business goals.
What We Expect * 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS. * Experience working with platforms or AI-powered products is a plus. * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional collaboration. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product analytics tools. * English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate+).
Nice to Have * Experience with product growth across multiple geographies. * Background in AI product development or automation tools. * Understanding of user behavior and data-driven decision-making. * Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar.
