Requirements: * Have 1+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or ghostwriting; * Have strong English skills (B2/C1+) and can write clearly, naturally and persuasively; * Have experience creating content for B2B / SaaS / tech audiences; * Understand how LinkedIn content and personal branding work (especially for founders or experts); * Have strong research skills — you find original angles, not just rewrite existing ideas; * Have experience with ghostwriting or working with personal brands (a big plus); * Can write in a tone that is expert, human and concise (no fluff); * Have hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for research and content creation; * Are well-organized, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do: * Create 3–5 LinkedIn posts per week (with adaptations for Instagram); * Run 1–2 short weekly calls with the founder/CEO to extract insights, stories and case studies; * Research trends, topics and angles that resonate with Seed—Series B founders; * Own the content strategy and editorial calendar; * Write original content from scratch (not rewriting), focused on value and expertise; * Adapt content across formats and platforms; * Track content performance and iterate on what works; * Actively use AI tools and prompt engineering to scale ideas and production; * Collaborate closely with the founder to capture their voice, tone and perspective.
Nice to have: * Background in design, UX/UI, or the tech industry; * Experience working on personal brands (LinkedIn/Instagram);
