We are looking for a seasoned financial expert who views management reporting not just as data, but as a strategic tool for business health. In this role, you won’t just “back up” the platform; you will “back up” the team by ensuring knowledge sharing, redundancy, and professional growth.
Requirements: * IFRS Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards is a must. * Management Reporting Mastery: Proven experience in building and reconciling P&L, Balance, and Cashflow statements. * Leadership Mindset: You must be passionate about “backing up the team.” * Consultative Skills: Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable advice for other members of finance team. * Builder Mentality: Comfortable working during the process-building phase, where you help set the rules rather than just following them.
Responsibilities: * Management Reporting: Flawless execution and analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow. You should be comfortable navigating complex data structures to provide clear financial insights. * Team Leadership (L-Role): Manage and mentor one direct report. Your goal is to ensure a “human backup” system—developing your team member so that the function is never dependent on a single individual. * Process Architecture: Actively participate in building and refining financial processes. * Client Consulting: Provide high-level consultancy to the client-facing team regarding the three core reports, ensuring they understand the methodology and business implications. * IFRS Compliance: Ensure all reporting and consulting practices strictly adhere to IFRS standards (a mandatory requirement).
Our Offer: * Flexible work setup — work remotely or from the office, we focus on results, not location; * Support for a comfortable work environment — we compensate coworking expenses and EcoFlow power stationsto help our team stay productive during power outages in Ukraine; * Unlimited vacation and sick leave, because we trust our people to manage their time responsibly; * Relocation support for team members who want to move; * Regular performance-based bonuses that reward individual and team impact; * Learning support — we cover 50% of professional courses and development programs; * Language & wellbeing support — we cover 50% of English classes and psychological consultations; * Career growth opportunities — we prioritize internal promotions and development; * Team culture that actually feels like one — regular gifts, company merch, and team events throughout the year; * Real impact — we are small enough for every voice to be heard and big enough to turn great ideas into action quickly.
