We’re looking for a Project & Account Coordinator who will support the administrative, operational, and commercial side of project delivery, team coordination, and client communication. This role is focused on keeping structure, visibility, and operational flow across teams and clients.
We are looking for our future team member in Lviv, as we have meetings at a coworking space. We also regularly organize online and offline meetings with the entire team, but we are open to remote work as well.
What You’ll Do: * Support operational flow across small delivery units — collect updates, maintain visibility of ongoing work, and ensure structured communication between teams and stakeholders. * Support client communication and account operations — handle follow-ups, assist with status updates, and help ensure consistent and clear reporting to clients. * Support commercial operations and lead follow-ups — help with follow-ups to new and existing leads, maintain CRM hygiene, research and enrich prospects, and draft outbound communications for the Account Manager’s review. * Maintain budget and financial tracking visibility — assist in creating and monitoring project budgets, track actuals vs. plans, and highlight potential risks or deviations. * Own operational reporting and documentation — prepare regular internal and external reports. Ensure all project and account data is up to date and structured. * Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks — help with billing coordination, operational workflows, and cross-team task execution to ensure smooth delivery processes.
What We’re Looking For: * 0.5+ years of experience in IT — in roles such as project coordination, account support, operations, development. * Strong organizational and coordination skills — ability to structure information, track multiple streams of work, and keep processes under control. * Comfort working with data and structured information — spreadsheets, budgets, trackers, reports, and operational documentation. * Basic understanding of software development workflows — familiarity with how teams deliver software. * Strong communication skills — able to communicate clearly with both technical teams and clients, and ensure follow-ups are completed. * Upper-Intermediate English level.
