This position is remote-friendly!
What you’ll do
* Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners
* Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates and traffic sources
* Monitor affiliate performance and traffic quality, analyze campaign metrics
* Support partners in launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns
* Handle partner requests and resolve operational issues promptly
* Negotiate campaign terms and partnership conditions with affiliates
* Identify opportunities for traffic growth and partnership development
* Represent the company at affiliate marketing conferences and industry events ✈️
What we’re looking for
* 1+ year of commercial experience in affiliate or partner acquisition or business development
* Proven experience in sourcing, outreach, and onboarding new affiliate partners (hunting mindset)
* Strong understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, EPC, ROI) and ability to optimize campaigns based on data
* Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and tracking systems
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Self-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously
* English — Strong Intermediate level or higher
Nice-to-have:
* Experience in the Nutra vertical
* Participation in affiliate or digital marketing conferences
* Knowledge of additional foreign languages
* Understanding of traffic sources (Facebook, TikTok, Native, etc.)
* Experience working with CPA networks
