We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: * Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects in parallel. * Work alongside senior project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. * Develop project documentation including project plans, timelines, and status reports. * Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, track progress, and communicate project updates. * Assist in identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies. * Support the team in maintaining and improving project management processes. * Participate in team meetings, providing input on project status and suggesting improvements. * Gain knowledge of various project management tools and methodologies.
Skills & Qualifications: * Knowledge of English — Upper Intermediate + * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field will be a plus. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello). * Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. * Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands; * Good negotiation skills, knowledge of business etiquette, excellent communication skills; * Strong team orientation and the ability to build cohesiveness to achieve results.
