About us: We are an IT outsourcing/outstaffing company specializing in developing AI and web3 technologies. We provide a complete development cycle, from UI/UX design to product launch. Founded in 2017, we currently have over 80 team members. Our flexible approach to remote work was adopted even before it became mainstream during the pandemic. Our project teams operate in Europe and Ukraine
Requirements: — 1+ years of commercial experience in project management in an IT outsourcing company — English Upper-Intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written — Good understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum) — Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — Basic understanding of the SDLC — Experience with project management tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, Slack, etc — Good organization skills, self-motivation, and a feeling of responsibility
Nice to have: — Technical background (developer, QA) — Basic knowledge of software architecture
Responsibilities: — Lead software development projects from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes — Manage multiple stakeholders using various tools and techniques, monitor and increase client satisfaction — Project ownership in all aspects (budget, scope, schedule, quality, etc.) — Forecast, track, and manage project budgets, ensure timely invoicing — Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks and blockers, escalate issues proactively when needed — Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and metrics tracking — Report on project progress, deliverables, and key outcomes to stakeholders — Manage several projects simultaneously
