Kindgeek is looking for a Content Producer who will own the entire content engine for our product — Easyflow, an AI agency that embeds itself into client teams and transforms the way businesses think and work with AI. We don’t just automate processes — we redesign them. Our stack spans strategy, product development, AI engineering, and ready-to-deploy agents. We’re honest: if AI isn’t the right solution for a client’s problem, we’ll say so.
About the role
This is not a “write posts” role. It is about: * building a scalable content system; * producing high-quality content at volume using AI; * coordinating domain experts; * and actively driving outbound conversations on LinkedIn.
What you will do: * Build and manage the content pipeline across social channels (LinkedIn as the primary focus); * Generate, adapt, and scale content using AI tools (ideas, variations, formats, distribution); * Turn internal expertise into strong B2B content narratives; * Coordinate subject matter experts (interviews, insights, inputs, reviews); * Run LinkedIn outreach: * identify relevant founders, operators, and decision-makers; * initiate first contact and conversations; * drive engagement around product insights and content. * Continuously test content formats and double down on what works; * Improve content strategy based on performance and feedback loops.
Who we are looking for: * Someone fast, proactive, and execution-driven; * Strong user of AI tools in daily content production; * Experience in content creation, SMM, or growth marketing (B2B is a strong plus); * Excellent English writing skills (B2B/LinkedIn tone); * Comfortable communicating with external experts and stakeholders; * Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a growth and outbound channel; * Ownership mindset: you don’t wait for tasks, you create opportunities.
Nice to have: * Experience in B2B SaaS/fintech/tech environments; * Understanding of growth marketing principles; * Experience managing personal or company LinkedIn pages; * Ability to build systems, not just produce content.
