WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Product Testing: Conduct functional and regression testing of the platform and its signal analysis logic; * AI/LLM Validation: Verify the accuracy, safety, and quality of conversational AI outputs and insights; * Data & Backend: Validate REST APIs and data flows between Python services and GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Run); * Frontend QA: Test the React interface for usability and accurate visualization of complex data; * Process Architecture: Build and scale QA workflows from scratch for AI and data-heavy products; * Workflow Optimization: Use AI tools to streamline daily testing, test case generation, and reporting; * Collaboration: Manage defects in JIRA and work with teams to ensure smooth release cycles.
REQUIREMENTS: * 4+ years of experience in manual testing; * English: Upper-Intermediate (B2); * Ukrainian: Native; * Experience testing REST APIs, React frontends, and data-driven apps; * Hands-on experience with conversational AI and LLM outputs; * Ability to build QA processes from the ground up; * Experience using AI tools for daily task optimization; * Proficiency with JIRA.
