• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes • Support and improve the existing data platform • Work with different data modeling approaches (such as Star and Snowflake schemas) • Participate in data optimization and automation initiatives • Research new tools, technologies, and approaches, and share ideas with the team • Collaborate with stakeholders to support data-related needs • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance • Implement best practices for data management, security, and compliance
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or database development • Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and Snowflake • Experience building data warehouses/lakehouses with Azure Data Factory • Skills in Python, SQL, and dbt for data processing, pipeline development, and transformation • Some exposure to CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jira) • B2+ level of English and the ability to prepare technical documentation
Nice to have:
• Experience with BI tools • Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning concepts
