About the project:
We are working with a client in Slovakia in the food processing and wholesale industry. The company is undergoing active digital transformation — we have already implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM and are now focused on automating business processes using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Currently, we are launching a project focused on automation of communication with logistics partners, including integration with WhatsApp Business for order-related notifications.
Role Owerview:
We are looking for a Power Platform Engineer to support us on a part-time / project basis. The immediate goal is to estimate and deliver a small project, with the opportunity to continue on an hourly basis and potentially grow into a full-time role.
Responsibilities: * Design and implement workflows using Power Automate * Support automation of business processes within Microsoft Power Platform * Integrate systems (including WhatsApp Business API) for automated communication * Work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM data and processes * Collaborate with the team to design scalable and efficient solutions * Estimate effort and deliver features independently
Requirements: * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate * Good understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse — nice to have) * Experience with API integrations (REST, webhooks) * Ability to work independently and deliver results quickly * Strong problem-solving skills * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM * Experience with messaging integrations (e.g., WhatsApp Business) * Background in automation for logistics or operations
