The Gamzix team is growing, and we’re looking for an HR People Partner (Middle / Strong Middle) who will become a trusted partner for our teams and play a key role in shaping a strong, people-focused environment.
In this role, you won’t just support processes, you’ll influence how teams grow, collaborate, and perform. You’ll work closely with managers and employees, driving the full employee lifecycle and helping create meaningful, high-impact HR practices.

Responsibilities
Onboarding & Adaptation: * Organize and support pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new employees * Conduct first-day onboarding sessions according to the onboarding checklist * Support employees throughout the probation period (week 1, month 1, mid-point, and final review) * Collect and analyze feedback from managers and colleagues during the adaptation period
Performance Review Process: * Prepare and launch performance review cycles * Track deadlines and ensure smooth process execution * Support the creation and maintenance of Personal Development Plans (PDP) * Maintain reporting and track all stages of the process
1-to-1 Meetings & Employee Support: * Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees * Analyze feedback and provide actionable insights * Identify risks, engagement levels, and potential issues within teams and proactively address them
Team Engagement & Culture: * Organize online and offline team-building activities * Support team collaboration and strengthen company culture
Offboarding: * Independently manage and coordinate the offboarding process * Communicate with cross-functional teams and ensure smooth employee exit processes
HR Analytics & Reporting: * Prepare HR reports on key processes * Conduct internal surveys and analyze results to drive improvements
Requirements * 3+ years of experience in HR / People Partner / HR Generalist roles * Strong understanding of core HR processes: onboarding, performance review, employee development & retention, offboarding, and culture development * Experience managing the full HR lifecycle within a team or department * Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with employees and managers * Attention to detail and a structured approach to work * Partnership mindset with a focus on supporting teams and delivering quality solutions * English level — B1+
