We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Researcher to support our Sales Development team.
In this role, you’ll focus on identifying potential clients, building high-quality lead databases, and providing insights that support business development efforts and help grow our client base.
This is a key role in ensuring we target the right companies and decision-makers, improving the overall effectiveness of our sales activities. Requirements * Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail * Ability to structure information and extract relevant insights from data * Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data enrichment tools (Apollo or similar) * Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a team * Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for research and data analysis
Nice to have skills: * Understanding of B2B sales processes and decision-making roles (C-level, VP, Director, Head) * Previous experience in research, SDR, or a similar role * Experience in IT services / outsourcing company
Responsibilities: * Conduct company and prospect research based on defined ICP criteria * Build and maintain structured lead databases (companies and decision-makers) * Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zerobounce, and other data sources to gather and verify information * Qualify leads by assessing company fit, role relevance, and potential needs * Collaborate closely with SDRs to refine targeting criteria and improve lead quality * Identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve research and targeting approaches * Conduct industry and market research to identify trends, key players, and potential entry points * Perform deep account research on target companies, including organizational structure, stakeholders, current initiatives, and potential challenges * Ensure high data quality by maintaining accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all research activities
