About the Project: The Project is a cloud-native broadcasting platform that helps media companies create, manage, and deliver TV channels across Pay-TV, OTT, FAST, VOD, and other digital distribution environments. The platform is positioned around Master Control, Playout, Distribution, and Monetization, and is trusted by broadcasters in 20+ countries.
This role is focused on supporting a seasoned CEO in day-to-day operations, communication flow, stakeholder interactions, and business coordination. You will become a key partner in planning, organizing priorities, preparing meetings, and maintaining high-level communication with partners and clients.
Requirements: * 4+ years of experience supporting CEO / Founder / other C-level executives * B2+ level of English * Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills * Experience in business communication with partners, clients, and senior stakeholders * Hands-on experience with CRM systems and task / follow-up management
Responsibilities: * Manage the CEO’s calendar, planning, and meeting schedule * Coordinate internal and external meetings * Track tasks, follow-ups, and priorities * Participate in meetings with partners and clients * Support business communication and correspondence * Maintain CRM data and operational documentation
