Responsibilities * Monitoring emails and website forms; ensuring all incoming requests are processed. * Managing lead flow and funnel: lead sources, drop-off points, and improvement suggestions. * Analyzing website traffic and user behavior; preparing recommendations to increase conversion rates. * Proposing website improvements: structure, content, CTAs, and positioning. * Managing social media channels (B2B focus: HR and business). * Monitoring SEO metrics and preparing recommendations for improvement. * Developing and testing marketing hypotheses (copy, landing pages, CTAs). * Regular reporting and KPI-driven work.
Reporting & KPIs * Daily: lead, call, and inquiry monitoring. * Weekly: short report — completed tasks, results, issues, and suggestions. * Monthly: KPI analysis (leads, traffic, conversion, SEO dynamics) and action plan.
Requirements * 2+ years of experience in marketing. * Experience with SaaS or digital products. * Hands-on experience working with leads and inbound inquiries. * Understanding of digital marketing, web analytics, and SEO. * Ability to work with data and take ownership of results. * Confident spoken / advanced English is a plus. * Availability to be online during working hours.
