We operate as a full-cycle model: from idea and product development to marketing, analytics, and operations — fully in-house.
Key Responsibilities: * Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for multiple products and audiences. * Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to maximize ad performance. * Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.). * Create, test, and iterate ad creatives, copy, and formats for maximum engagement. * Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies to ensure cost-efficient campaigns. * Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for the marketing team. * Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager features, trends, and best practices. * Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals.
Requirements: * Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results. * Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimize campaigns. * Knowledge of audience research, targeting, and ad segmentation. * Experience with ad creative testing, copywriting, and A/B testing. * Familiarity with ad budget management and bidding strategies. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
