Requirements * 4+ years of development experience with Python * Experience building real AI applications * Experience with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, etc.) * Understanding of RAG and AI workflows * Experience with APIs and integrations * Basics of prompt engineering * Good communication skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have * Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) * Experience working with clients or enterprise systems
