We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst / Data Engineer to join a dynamic team working on a cutting-edge BI solution for the temp-staffing industry. This role combines hands-on data engineering, analytics, and AI experimentation, with a strong focus on delivering scalable, high-impact data solutions.
Project — a modern Business Intelligence platform that aggregates and processes data from multiple ERP systems across different countries to provide KPI-driven insights for staffing industry clients. The solution supports multi-tenant architecture with separate environments per customer and leverages cloud technologies and AI tools to deliver scalable and high-performance analytics.
Must have: * Strong experience as a Data Analyst / Data Engineer. * Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Hands-on experience with Python and Jupyter Notebooks. * Strong knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, DuckDB or similar analytical engines. * Advanced SQL skills (data transformation, normalization, optimization). * Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines. * Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and APIs. * Experience with BI tools and dashboard development. * Strong understanding of data modeling and KPI definition. * Experience designing interactive dashboards with filters and analytical features. * Familiarity with modern AI tools and productivity frameworks.
Good to have: * Experience with Apache Superset. * Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes or containerization tools. * Experience with workflow orchestration and ETL parallelization. * Understanding of data access control and rights management in BI tools.
Responsibilities: * Design and implement end-to-end ETL pipelines and analytics solutions. * Build scalable data pipelines for ingesting, validating, and transforming data. * Develop curated, analysis-ready datasets for reporting and dashboards. * Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business needs into data solutions. * Create and maintain BI dashboards with clear and actionable insights. * Ensure scalability and performance of data solutions across multiple customers. * Optimize data processing and system performance using cloud infrastructure. * Work with modern AI tools to accelerate development and improve productivity.
