We are looking for a Senior DevOps specialist to join a team building a multi-cluster platform for large-scale, business-critical services. In this role, you will define automation directions, drive the integration of AI solutions into DevOps processes, and ensure high stability and readiness of production environments for rapid changes.
The main focus is on high-load infrastructure, scalable CI/CD pipelines, and advanced observability practices. What you’ll be doing * Designing and managing scalable architecture on GCP and AWS (multicloud); * Developing and maintaining infrastructure using Terraform (IaC); * Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD); * Implementing and operating Kubernetes platforms (GKE, EKS); * Supporting and standardizing platform processes with a focus on information security and ISO 27001 requirements; * Ensuring deployment of development environments (review, dev, staging, production); * Implementing security best practices (IAM, Workload Identity, KMS, Secrets Manager, Trivy, Kyverno, etc.); * Designing integrations (SSO, SAML, OIDC); * Creating reusable infrastructure modules and templates (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, GitLab CI/CD components); * Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure scalability and efficient delivery; * Documenting architecture, runbooks, and operational procedures; * Participating in on-call rotations.
Nice to have * Experience with database administration (MongoDB, ClickHouse), including production environments using Kubernetes operators; * Practical experience with GitOps approaches (FluxCD, ArgoCD); * Experience building and evolving SRE practices (SLI/SLO, error budgets, incident response, reliability engineering) and incident management; * Experience implementing information security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA); * Experience with Golang development (code review, writing utilities, automation tooling); * Experience with messaging and data streaming systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
