About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead / AI Adoption Lead who will drive the development of an AI-powered hospitality platform while leading the company’s efforts in AI adoption. This role will involve overseeing architecture across multiple applications and mentoring team members to ensure seamless integration of advanced technologies.
Type of cooperation: Remote, Full-time
Project: An advanced AI-powered revenue management platform for the hotel industry from scratch. The system serves multiple user types (guests, hotel staff, administrators) across 5 applications: Guest App, Product Console, Hotel Brand Console, Hotel Front Desk, Employee App. Key Responsibilities * Lead the development of a Revenue Management System, owning the architecture and integrations across 5 applications (3 web + 2 mobile). * Mentor and guide 2 fullstack developers to enhance technical skills and ensure project delivery aligned with best practices. * Oversee complex features, including AI integrations, payment processing, and third-party connectors, while driving the delivery of approximately 100 user stories to MVP. * Master and operate the AI-automated delivery pipeline (APEX), ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality output. * Conduct AI skills assessments and lead hands-on workshops for the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Requirements & Qualifications * 5+ years of experience as a software developer, specifically with React and Node.js technologies. * 2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or similar role. * Strong understanding of AI technologies and experience with AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor). * Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality software on time. * Excellent mentoring and coaching skills, with a passion for developing junior developers and building high-performing teams. * Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Upper-Intermediate English level.
Nice to Have * Experience in the hospitality industry or knowledge of revenue management systems. * Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices to support development and deployment. * Experience leading change management initiatives related to AI adoption within engineering teams. * Advanced proficiency in integrating third-party APIs and payment processing solutions.
